Thompson’s Toomer’s Tribute
If you saw ESPN’s Gameday last weekend, you may have noticed this cool little vignette about Toomer’s Corner that they played coming back from a commercial break. It was written by Wright Thompson of ESPN.com, who also wrote this “Love Letter to Southern Football.” Pretty cool if you ask me.
Speaking of video I see a96 has gone silent and dark again? :(
Can we expect a return?
Hopefully soon. We are trying to work something out with the SEC to use the video. Basically they want us to pay them to use the footage.
