Reply To: Where were you when…

I was on the way to meet my girlfriend because I was about to take her out for a nice birthday dinner, forcing me to listen to the game on the radio. I soon became very tense because I left just as the game was getting good. (For Georgia). I pulled off of the road a couple of times to calm down and focus more on the game.  Fast forward to “The Catch”. I pulled over once more and I was in disappointment because Nick Marshall had just lost a lot of yards on that final third down. I’m standing in the middle of the highway about 1/4 of a mile from where I was meeting my girlfriend as I heard Rod Bramblett yell “here’s for the game…. HE CAUGHT IT! HE CAUGHT IT! I then proceed to dance in the middle of the highway, throwing my hat around, yelling “WAR EAGLE!” At passing cars and standing on the hood of my truck singing “ITS GREAT, TO BE, AN AUBURN TIGER!” My girlfriend saw me doing this, but who cares. It was magical.
