I started our watching the game at my house up to about midway in the second quarter when I had to go into work at gander mountain. I was admittedly somewhat intoxicated (oops) and made a point to find a task I could do in the footwear stockroom so no one could smell the fumes coming off me and also would allow me to livestream the radio broadcast of the game. During the fourth quarter I was getting increasingly frustrated with how the game was going and with the fact that i couldn’t watch it so my work productivity was pretty much non existent. When it came to 4th and 18 I had my fingers crossed and was saying a prayer in my head when it happened. I could sense the presumptive bad news in rods voice that changed quickly with the “LEWIS IS GONNA SCORE! LEWIS IS GONNA SCORE! LEWIS IS GONNA SCORE! TOUCHDOWN AUBURN!” I shouted out, caused 3 managers to check on me, and ran to the customer service desk to alert the store over the intercom of the play. Got a couple shouts from other auburn fans and a few high fives, and went on to enjoy the rest of my shift in the best mood.
