The First Look – Tennessee Volunteers

Auburn is better than you think they are. The world is not on fire. @ me. I don’t really care. Here is the first look for Auburn’s 11 am matchup with Tennessee.

1. Looking For a Heartbeat Offensively
With the season halfway over, the offense has yet to get on track. As frustrating as that is, the program as a whole is not in as bad a state as Twitter will have you believe. However, it would be nice to see the breakout game that Gus has been talking about. I’m not ready to sell the farm yet because I have seen some good in this offense. The only thing we haven’t seen is consistency. Auburn has a chance to get in their groove against a Tennessee defense that gives up 158 yards rushing and 340 yards passing per game. Obviously, the line needs to create lanes and give Stidham time.

2. Eleven AM Kickoff
The road team always tends to have a huge advantage when it comes to 11 am games. Auburn has a history of being flat in the first half of 11 am games. Both are issues this weekend. Auburn plans to STRIPE THE STADIUM this Saturday. Auburn needs the home field advantage.

3. Tennessee Offensive Woes
Tennessee can’t offense. In fact, their offense is worse than Auburn’s offense. The thing to do is say mean things about Auburn’s offense, but you don’t realize that there are worse teams in America than Auburn. Tennessee is one of them. Auburn has a huge advantage because they can lean on a formidable defense, something Tennessee cannot.

@AuburnEinstein‘s PREDICTION
Auburn has a lot of advantages this weekend. Auburn is clearly the better team. Auburn has been relevant nationally in the last 20 years, Tennessee has not. Auburn’s defense gets to let out their frustrations and Auburn’s offense finds life. Auburn wins 28-0.
