Auburn held their own with 17th-ranked Purdue in the 1st half of the championship game of the Riviera Division of the Cancun Challenge. Then the Boilermakers made like 100 three-pointers in the 2nd half and Auburn couldn’t keep up. Oh well, they’re 4-1 with a loss to a ranked team. They probably needed it.
