A little over a year ago, YouTube user rscotta831 gave us his top 25 radio calls from the late Jim Fyffe. It was glorious. Now, in just over 40 minutes, he has given us the 35 of the best Rod Blamblett’s best calls… so far. The order doesn’t matter, they are all great. And like the Fyffe video, brings back plays that you may have forgotten from the blackouts you experience last November.
Bramblett won Alabama Sportscaster and SI Play-by-Play Announcer of the Year for his work in the 2013 season. Here’s to many more.

The best call from Rod was actually a tweet he wrote just before the 2013 Iron Bowl saying that he wondered if the actual football game would be able to live up to all of the hype! Cut n’ pasted it below:
