Stadium Reaction of the Kick Six Will Bust Your Speakers

I had just bought new computer speakers after they were destroyed the first time I listened to the stadium reaction to Ricardo’s catch, and then I listened to this. Back to Best Buy I go.

Notice AJ McCarron was the 2nd player off the field. No handshake.

In McCarron’s defense (such as may be deserved), it’s possible the coaches ordered the Bama players to get off the field ASAP when they saw the crowd rushing. It’s safer for them, plus they probably wanted to get home some time before 2 AM.

War Eagle! What a game.

Also Saban made an effort with the other Bama Players. McCarron exhibited a very selfish and narcissistic display by running straight to his family and then off the field. NOT HEISMAN material in statistics NOR Sportsmanship!!

Agree with Hue Barnes. If Nick Saban can walk on that field and shake hands with Malzahn, McCarron should’ve been on the field too. Also, the very high majority of fans didn’t immediately rush the field, we waited until the touchdown was announced and the game was declared over.

Not a valid excuse; the crowd didn’t immediately rush the field. Other players found the time to congratulate each other; to do that you have to man up and stay on the field, not run to the locker room because you didn’t get your way.

He probably just needed a second…

That was really a cheap shot at McCarron. Auburn’s players were more interested in hugs and chest bumps with each other than in shaking hands with their opponents. TV shows him going to his mother and fiance’ on the sidelines — he didn’t head for the lockers. Where was Marshall? Was he seeking McCarron out?

Marshall was being interviewed by the press.

At halftime a little kid was in the stands right next to McCarron reaching out his hand for a high five as the team was walking into the tunnel to the locker rooms and McTat completely ignored the kid.

Honestly I think McCarron’s family already being by the locker room like that probably means it was already staged. Lose,he and Webb get another 5 min of reality tv time or win they still get their media promo. They are the Kardashians of college football…only difference being is that they deny they want the media attention and fame. I certainly will not miss these ppl…

You want handshakes? Watch hockey. Nobody is obligated to shake in college football.
