Demond Washington Returning Kicks for TDs in the CFL

We all remember Demond Washington’s kickoff returns against Georgia in 2009 and Ole Miss in 2010, so it should be no surprise that he’s still doing more of the same at the next level (in a sense). Last night, in only his second game in the CFL, Washington returned a punt 82 yards for a touchdown for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. I guess he’s still a Speed Demon(d).

Thanks to @AndoRez for the heads up.

I love Demond! I got to meet him and take a picture with him at the 2010 A-Day Game. Super nice guy.

I’ll be in Winnipeg later this month and have my ticket. War Eagle, Demond!

His lineman gets flagged for a block in the back at the beginning though, I believe. Although the red flag confuses me..

The flaf was against the other team and was declined. The TD stood.
