It’s a good thing that Blackberry got their act together because Gene has been waiting to send an email to the students all week. It went through today. The email was short and sweet and the message was the same as it’s been for over year now: get there early, be loud, be all in, and wear your jorts. Remember, Chizik is from Florida.

Dear Auburn students,
It doesn’t get much better than this—a night game at Jordan-Hare Stadium!
As you all know, we have a huge SEC game against Florida at 6 p.m. on Saturday. It’s our first SEC night game of the season, and we are excited and ready to play.
We need you to get there early, so we’ve decided to open the student gates 30 minutes earlier than normal. They will open at 3:30 p.m.
We need you to be loud when our players come out, and we need you to be even louder at kickoff. For 60 minutes, Jordan-Hare needs to be the loudest stadium in the country.
So get there early, wear orange and let’s make Jordan-Hare Stadium a true home-field advantage.
I know we can count on you. See you at the stadium on Saturday.
