Week 7 Rankings

Ok, so I decided to remove the “Power” from “Power Rankings”. I mean what does that even mean? Power Rankings? Are there Weakness Rankings? Rankings for people that can do a pull up, but aren’t that strong? Besides, the term “Power Rankings” has been misused and misunderstood for years now.

I understand that I still have Auburn pretty high (it’s an Auburn blog, what do you expect?), but I look at the teams in the rankings and I see them having a viable chance to win against most of them. Last Saturday was just a bad day and a fluky loss, it doesn’t take away the fact that Auburn could beat Iowa, Cincinnati, and BYU any day of the week. So without further adieu, here are THE rankings. What are yours?

Way to high:
Oregon – USC will plow them.
Auburn – Still no ranking for Arkansas? Seriously. Come on.
Nebraska – Oklahoma can take them to the woodshed.

USC hasn’t plowed them yet, if they do.

Arkansas has two losses and one was to horrible UGA. Last Saturday was a 3-quarter fluke. They showed their true colors in the 3rd quarter in giving up 21 points in 5 plays.

Oklahoma has two losses and Nebraska has a last play loss to the number 4 team in the country.
