Auburn: Way Under the Radar

tigercornerI wrote a little blog about Auburn’s absence from the highlight shows two wins into the season for al.com‘s Tigers Corner. Here’s how it starts out:

Did you happen to catch the highlights of the Auburn/Miss. State game on ESPN’s SportsCenter or Gameday Final last Saturday night? Neither did I because there weren’t any. This game had so many story lines it wasn’t even funny, but apparently Auburn is just too bad to be mentioned during two hours of highlights that included the bi-coastal battle of Wake Forest vs. Stanford, Utah vs. San Jose State, and Fresno State vs. Wisconsin. I don’t know about you, but I just couldn’t wait to see what happened in each of these monumental clashes.

You can read the rest here, and feel free to let me know what you think about this lack of respect or if you think I’m overreacting a little bit. You can post your comments over here or over there.

You wrote a blog bitching about Auburn getting no respect from the media/polls/BCS/everybody else? I’m shocked, frankly.
You’re like a jukebox with one song. Er, two songs (the other one is your tired Bammer jokes). Think those might get old eventually.

Yea you sound like a broken record! Always talking about no respect when in reality you just wish you had 12 national championships, and the bear! Yep…just like a broken record!

Please go away, George Brown. Don’t you have a fanspoll to rig or something?

Hmmmm…I guess I better get busy then since I rig FansPoll? That’s news to me and everyone that have documented evidence of participation…but yea, it’s rigged. What does bandwagon have to do with it?
