Doesn’t it feel like we’re being punished for something? Don’t talk to me about football, don’t tell me Auburn sucks. I’m not watching football for another week at least…well besides the Opelika/Auburn game tonight. The only time a ever pull against Auburn. It’s gonna be a blowout.
Can we talk about basketball? You know we’re gonna be good now. We’ve never been good in football and basketball in the same year. In 1998, the last really decent basketball season, Auburn was in the top 10 in basketball and the football team was 3-8. Anybody want to talk about it? Leave me some comments.

yea man, we could use another good basketball season. Our women are usually pretty good, but the men’s team seems to try to be just the opposite. Hopefully that will be something we can look forward to.
What I would really like for auburn to have one year though is an absolutely amazing baseball team. Now that would get me excited.
yeah baseball should be pretty good this year…but we say that every year. maybe the new coach will bring a new attitude.
who is the new coach? I’m actually gonna make an effort to get to more than one game this next year too.
I hear AU Swimming & Diving will be good again this year…
Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t 2003 a pretty decent basketball season at Auburn? Didn’t they make the Sweet 16, only losing to the eventual national champs (Syracuse)?
Just curious as to what your standards are for “decent” in basketball.

I use the term ‘decent’ loosely.
From what I remember, they were lucky to make the NCAA tournament. Yea and then lost to the eventual national champs by 1 point. We’ll be lucky to make it to the NIT this year.
We don’t take those types of remarks jack.
